게임 안에서 바로 삭제하기
- 게임(앱 또는 https://endlesscasefiles.com)을 열고 Google 계정으로 로그인한 상태에서 메뉴를 엽니다.
- 계정을 누릅니다.
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누르고 한 번 더 확인합니다.
메일로 삭제 요청하기
앱을 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없다면 [email protected]으로 "계정 삭제 요청"과 로그인에 쓴 Google 계정을 알려 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 삭제하고 답장드립니다.
지워지는 것
- 계정 정보(Google 계정 고유 번호)와 로그인 세션
- 서버에 저장된 레벨·통계·설정·진행 중인 사건
- 닉네임과 오늘의 사건 순위 기록
- 내가 처음 올린 공유 미리보기 그림
남는 것
- 보낸 문의·제보 내용은 답변 기록으로 남지만, 계정과의 연결은 끊깁니다. 이것도 지우고 싶다면 메일로 알려 주세요.
- 이 기기(브라우저·앱 저장소)에 있는 기록은 그대로 남습니다. 앱을 지우거나 사이트 데이터를 지우면 함께 사라집니다.
- 익명 이용 통계(Google Analytics)는 개인을 알아볼 수 없는 형태로 최대 14개월 보관됩니다.

Delete in the game
- Open the game (the app or https://endlesscasefiles.com), sign in with Google and open the Menu.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you removed the app or can't sign in, email [email protected] with "Account deletion request" and the Google account you used. We will delete it within 7 days after verifying it's you, and reply.
What is deleted
- Your account (Google account identifier) and sign-in sessions
- Level, stats, settings and case in progress stored on the server
- Your nickname and daily case ranking records
- Share preview images you uploaded first
What is kept
- Feedback messages you sent are kept as support records, but unlinked from your account. Email us to delete them too.
- Data on this device (browser or app storage) stays until you uninstall the app or clear site data.
- Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics) are kept for up to 14 months in a form that can't identify you.
